香港中文大学于肖楠(2007)对Connor-Davidson韧性量表（CD-RISC）进行了修订，量表共有25个项目构成，包括3个维度：坚韧、自强、乐观.全量表和三个分量表的信度较好，克朗巴赫α系数分别为0.91、0.88、0.88、0。60.英文版量表在美国的信度也很好，全量表的α系数为0。89，再测信度为0.87.问题均以1（从不）、2（很少）、3（有时)、4（经常）、5(几乎总是）五级评分.量表总分和各分量表得分均采用5分制,量表总分为全部25题得分的均分，分量表得分则为各分量表对应题目得分的均分。
